Group bookings
For corporate / PSU group bookings (≥5 seats), refund terms follow the signed MoU. Default: full refund up to 15 days before cohort start; 50% refund up to 7 days; no refund thereafter.
Per-seat refund
Once a participant completes their LMS profile their seat is locked. Unfilled or pending seats can be refunded individually.
